The court’s first “Lincoln” rose bloom of 2021. Welcome Spring!
Tarrant County has announced closure tomorrow, Wednesday, 17 FEB 21.
The 323rd District Court will also be closed tomorrow. Detention hearings (Original and 10-day) will be held on Thursday.
All dockets for Wednesday have already been canceled and will be rescheduled.
If you have a matter before the 323rd tomorrow, you do not need to do anything, other than possibly notify your client, their families, or witnesses about the closure.
Please be safe and keep warm. Do not take any unnecessary risks at this time of emergency.
The 323rd District Court will be closed tomorrow and all dockets scheduled for Wednesday will be canceled and reset.
Detention hearings for Wednesday will be determined based on if the county is open or not (in compliance with TFC Chapter 54).
It is possible future dockets will be canceled as well.
Please be safe at home and if you need to travel. Also, please do not be afraid to reach out to friends or loved ones if you need assistance during this state of emergency.
The 323rd District Court is closed today, February 11th, 2021, due to inclement weather.
All dockets will automatically be rescheduled by the court. Attorneys do not need to do anything (other than maybe notify your clients). The children who would normally be on today's detention docket will be placed on tomorrow's docket.
If traveling is necessary, please be safe. If it is not necessary to travel, enjoy the snow/ice day with your family!
