MAXIMUM NOTARY FEE FOR TEXAS:
$6.00 - Acknowledgement first signature
$1.00 - Each additional signature on same document
$6.00 - Administering an oath or affirmation
$.50 - Taking the deposition of witness, for each 100 words
$6.00 - Swearing a witness to a deposition
$4.00 - Protesting a bill or note
$.50 - Certified copy per page
$6.00 - All notarial acts not provided for

*TRAVEL FEES - This charge is separate from Texas Notary Fees.
$25.00 - Standard Mobile Service (9 am – 6 pm) is a travel charge to meet you at a mutually agreed upon location (within 15 miles of 1-35 and Basswood Drive, in North Fort Worth-Alliance), for 30 minutes of service. Locations beyond 15 miles may incur a mileage surcharge.

$1.00 - Mileage Surcharge, each mile over 15 miles

SURCHARGES
$15.00 -Extended Appointment Time (each 15-min segment)
$45.00 - per hour of Excessive Wait Time, more than 30 minutes at location
$35.00 - After hours 6pm to 9pm & weekends
$60.00 - Late night or emergency 9 pm to 6 am

LOCATION CHARGES
$50.00 - Hospitals and nursing homes, 30 mins at location*
$100.00 - Jails and Detention Centers, 1 hour at location
$75.00 - DFW Airport Terminal Fee

* Residents at Legend of Fort Worth and Meadow Lakes in Fort Worth receive a $25 discount on your location charge.
