For loan signings, I’ll expertly guide your clients through the signing process and make sure that all signatures, initials, and dates are properly filled out. I will also double and triple check, not only key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the Deed of Trust, but the entire package before I leave the premises. If there is a rare occasion a mistake is made, I will drop what I'm doing to fix it ASAP. All documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is completed.
