📢 Field Day Visitor Pass Information
Dear Parents,
Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🎉
To help us keep Field Day safe and organized, all parents who plan to attend must pick up a visitor pass in advance.
🗓️ Visitor Pass Pick-Up Dates:
May 11–14, 2026
⏰ 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
📌 Preferred Visitor Pass Pick-Up Schedule:
🔹 Monday, May 11: Pre-K and Kindergarten
🔹 Tuesday, May 12: 1st and 2nd Grade
🔹 Wednesday, May 13: 3rd and 4th Grade
🔹 Thursday, May 14: 5th Grade and Make-Up Day
✅ Make-Up Day Clarification:
Thursday, May 14 is also the make-up day for any parent who could not come on their assigned grade-level day above.
🪪 Parents must bring a government-issued ID to receive a visitor pass.
👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Participation Reminder:
Parents do not need a background check to attend Field Day with their own child. However, parents who have not been cleared through Crowley ISD's background investigation process may not serve as chaperones or supervise other students.
✅ Parents who have been cleared through Crowley ISD may serve as volunteers.
🚨 Important:
Parents who do not have a visitor pass will not be permitted to attend Field Day. No exceptions.
