It was a night of celebration and we are excited to share that Ms. York was announced as the FWISD Secondary Teacher of the Year!

Ms. York is a phenomenal educator whose passion, leadership, and dedication make an impact on students and staff every single day. Her commitment to supporting the Leadership Academy at Leonard Middle - both in the classroom and within the community - has set the bar high and she continues to help define a new era of excellence at Leonard.

We had a BLAST with our 7th graders today! We visited the Frontiers of Flight Museum at Dallas Love Field Airport and loved getting to see our students learn and escape to Mars!

The best way to celebrate National Principals Day? Surprising principal Dr. Mouton with random balloons!

Dr. Mouton leads by example and his commitment to excellence is unwavering. We appreciate his steadfast support for our students, teachers, staff, and families - thank you !
