We had an amazing and successful event this past Saturday picking up litter along the Tandy Hills Creek.

We were able to deviate over 48 bags worth of litter from the Trinity River and thus the ocean! 🙀and we couldn’t have done it without our volunteers!!

We thank you all again for coming and being part of the solution and being part of this wonderful event!

Happy Sunday! ☀️ This week’s harvest: heirloom tomato! I swear every time i grow my own fruits, veggies, & herbs and harvest time comes around, I kind of become emotionally attached and don’t want to eat them haha 😅 no worries though, no food is wasted here!

Friendly reminder, Mothers Day is THIS Sunday! I figured I would give you all some inexpensive, low to zero waste, thoughtful gift ideas you can gift yo mama 🤗

🪴 1. SKIP the plastic wrapped flower bouquet and either make your own bouquet or give her plants that will continue to live. Just like your love for her 😉

🖼 2. Put those straws to use and make her a thoughtful, hand crafted picture frame and add your favorite picture of you two. 🥰

🥘 3. If your mom’s love language is “acts of service”, makingherhealthylovefilledmeccompanied with a glass of wine and good conversations will show her how much you cate about her 💗
