According to the National Alliance to End Homelessness, nearly Ā¼ of people experiencing homelessness are also living with a disability. Yesterday, we hosted a lunch and learn for service providers working with survivors of domestic violence. This was an amazing opportunity for providers to connect with partner organizations and learn trauma-informed care skills.

Notice of Funding Opportunity Request for Proposal (RFP) has been updated on the Partnership Home Website
The US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) has released the FY2026 CoC Program Competition NOFO (Notice of Funding Opportunity). Partnership Home is responsible for conducting a local funding competition and submitting the CoC Consolidated Application. The CoC Program promotes a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness by providing funding for efforts by nonprofit providers, States, and local governments to quickly re-house homeless individuals, families, persons fleeing domestic violence, and youth while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness.
The FY2026 Local RFP was released on June 18, 2026, and can be found on Partnership Homeās website ā partnershiphome.org
PROPOSAL DEADLINE: July 16, 2026, at 5:00 pm for all new and renewal projects.
Applicants will have the opportunity to apply for new or renewal projects as part of the CoC NOFO competition. Applicants applying for more than one new project will need to submit separate applications for each project.
