We would love to invite any and all De Zavala families to join Daggett Elementary in decorating and walking in the Home Tour Kick Off/Mother’s Day Parade. Can’t make it to decorate the float? Join us at Fairmount Park between 9:30-9:50 to congregate to walk together. The parade starts at 10!

Teacher Appreciation Week will take place from May 4-8, and our PTA is seeking assistance with snack donations for teachers and staff. Please access the sign-up link to learn more about contributing:

A message from our partners at Literacy United:

Hi Everyone,
Our nonprofit provides monthly free reading enrichment and parent literacy training and I wanted to open this up to our community. Next one is April 18th, 10-12. Kids get reading enrichment with a certified reading specialist, parents get 2 kid free hours to learn how to support literacy development, and the best part is a community meal at the end. This has been the sweetest program and we have many De Zavala families, but I’d love to see more!

Tomorrow is a busy, but FUN day for our PTA! Start off the morning with our monthly General Meeting at 8:15am in the auditorium.
