STRONG WITNESS is a storytelling community that works to heal, educate and connect communities through the power of story.
We are starting a new story series on trauma and we are looking for people of color who are open to sharing a distressing event that they have experienced with us in a short video, written story or poem. Examples of trauma may be: r**e, sexual assault, abuse in any form (emotional, physical, spiritual, financial) medical trauma, consistent life stressors - hunger, homelessness, lack of resources, etc.
If you or someone you know has a story, please send us an email or reach out to us for more information. [email protected]
