Join African American Programs and Services, featuring Sound for the People, on Wednesday, February 9th from 6-7 pm in Thomas 110! Get ready to feel rejuvenated!✨😌
Sound for the People uses a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and chimes to guide you into a deep state of blissful relaxation that will activate your "rest and digest" nervous system, leaving you feeling refreshed and recalibrated. 🤎
This event is exclusive to Fresno State students. We’ll see you there! Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat!☺️

Happy Black History Month!🤎 and AFAM are teaming up to bring you The True Black History Museum: a traveling museum that teaches Black history through the use of rare and authentic artifacts, 🖼📜 including books, 📖 newspapers 📰 and photographs 🎞 dating from the 1700s to present day!
The exhibition will also include a presentation about the African American experience! Save the date for February 23rd, from 10am to 2pm! Location is TBD!
