Pumpkin season is shaping up nicely. This creepy guy is keeping things spooky.

This years pumpkins sculptures will focus on longevity. I have come up with a few new ideas to make carving quicker and make the pumpkins last longer. New pumpkins coming soon!

Had a great time showing off some pumpkin carving skills on the Central Valley Today show. Always glad to get my carve on. I'll share a link to the interview when I can.

I have been testing new pumpkin preservation methods and so far the one I found to work the best is wax based wood sealer. The one shown here is over 2 weeks old! I plan to use that info to make my own pumpkin sealer that will stay shiney and keep a more natural color.

He he he he, this witch is ready for Halloween.
