Otu, a proud resident of the Pecan Ridge subdivision in Fulshear, where I live with my wife, two sons and nice neighbors. I am passionate about family values and firmly believe that providing quality education and ensuring safety for our children will create a stronger, more thriving community. In my immediate community, I am known as the person who bridges gaps, bringing people together to foster unity. Community togetherness is something I value, and I enjoy organizing and supporting local groups to strengthen our bonds. With over three decades of experience in the entertainment industry as a DJ and photographer, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for creativity and connection. Alongside this, I have spent over 10 years as a project manager and scrum master, working in the healthcare, insurance, and IT sectors. I am also a skilled computer technician and the Owner of Afrijamz Consult, a marketing and distribution company, I take pride in helping businesses grow and connect with the right audiences. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am dedicated to community service. I love helping and organizing community groups because I believe in the power of togetherness. I hold a B.Sc. in Political Science and have a deep commitment to public service. Serving my community is one of my greatest passions, and I am eager to extend my efforts to the City of Fulshear, working towards a more united and thriving community.

Serving on the City of Fulshear Development Corporation means helping shape Fulshear’s future through infrastructure, economic development, business growth, and long-term planning. Recent projects include Harris Street, Downtown Eastside Drainage, the Eastside Tributary, and exploring a potential downtown parking structure. Through these efforts, the CDC helps lay the foundation for Fulshear’s continued growth and economic success.
