Our snack supply is LOW! Help us by donating pre-packaged snacks.

Donations can be dropped off at the front door Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm OR can be left in the deck box on the front porch!

The Lighthouse - Gaston County CAC is so proud to participate in a new initiative, an internet safety workgroup, alongside several community partners. This workgroup aims to provide increased community education regarding internet safety.

Want to host a panel on Parenting in the Digital Age? Representatives include local victim service agencies, local law enforcement, educational representatives, and prosecutors.

This week, The Lighthouse - Gaston County CAC hosted a Mental Health Networking meeting to hear from local youth serving mental health agencies and build referral partners for our kids and families!

The Lighthouse Children's Advocacy Center was able to participate in the WOW Women's Empowerment and Resource Summit this past weekend! Thank you for allowing us to attend and bring education and awareness to the community. And for the lovely musical entertainment! 🎵🎶

We’re stocking up on goodies for the amazing kids we serve and could use a little help from our community! If you’re out shopping and want to toss in a little extra, we’d love donations of individually wrapped snacks and drinks like:

As we end Child Abuse Prevention Month, we would like to thank everyone who wore blue, displayed pinwheels, advocated for children, attended an event or spoke up to tell others about child abuse and the needs.

A quick highlight on some of the people who are making a difference here in Gaston County! From detectives, to social workers to therapists and more...they were once little, too. Now they have grown up and are here to protect, support, and advocate for children in our community. It takes a TEAM to protect a child. Together, we work to protect, support and seek justice for every child.
