‼️ 📣 BIG NEWS: We filed a lawsuit against Brooks Township.

On the 11th, on our behalf, the (IJ) filed a lawsuit challenging the township’s unconstitutional cemetery ban. We are fighting for our right to use private property and create a livelihood for our family in a way that does not harm the public.

Even though it may take a while, we are hopeful that this lawsuit will result in the burial forest coming to life here in West Michigan. We also hope that this case sets precedence and removes barriers for others looking to opening conservation burial grounds around the country.
