Meet Regan, our Center Operations Coordinator! 💛

Regan helps keep our center running smoothly, supporting staff and helping ensure clients and team members have the resources they need to succeed.

She brings five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and three years as a Special Education Paraprofessional, along with a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

A little peek at October around MindRight. 🍂💛

The candy corn paintings each look a little different, and that’s one of our favorite things about them. Every child brings their own ideas, choices, and creativity to the table.

From weekly crafts to a little Halloween cheer in our lobby, we love making our center a place where children and families feel welcome, included, and free to be themselves.

We’re glad we get to share these everyday moments with your family. 💛

Support is for you, too. 💛

Caring for your child can bring meaningful moments—and moments when you could use guidance, encouragement, or someone to work through the hard parts with.

MindRight has immediate daytime availability for parent and caregiver support and education. We’re here to help you feel supported as you navigate your family’s everyday needs.

Support can include understanding your child’s behavior, working through daily routines, and learning practical strategies to use at home. Families with CLTS funding are welcome to inquire about funded parent education opportunities. Funding and authorization depend on your individual plan; our team can help you explore the next steps.

Our favorite spaces, made special by the children who fill them. 💛

The cubbies hold their belongings. The art table holds their ideas. The playroom holds endless possibilities.

But it’s their personalities, curiosity, and little everyday moments that make MindRight feel alive. We’re grateful to share a small part of their world—and to welcome them into ours.

It’s been a little quiet over here lately — but MindRight certainly hasn’t been. 💛

The last several weeks have been full of growth, learning, problem-solving, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work as we continue building MindRight into the kind of behavioral support organization we believe families deserve.

Since opening the doors to our De Pere center this summer, we’ve learned so much about what our families, our team, and our community need from us. And we’ve been growing accordingly.

We’ve welcomed new families and new team members. We’ve expanded relationships with CLTS programs and community partners across Northeast Wisconsin. We’ve continued developing our center-based and in-home services. We’ve strengthened our clinical leadership and spent a lot of time building better systems behind the scenes so that as MindRight grows, the quality of our services grows with it.

Most importantly, we’ve gotten even clearer about what we want MindRight to be.

We believe behavioral support should fit into real life. It should help a child participate more fully at home, at school, and in their community. It should help caregivers feel more confident and supported. It should recognize that regulation, communication, independence, safety, relationships, and quality of life matter just as much as anything we can measure on a data sheet. And it should never lose sight of the individual person behind the goals.
We’re still a young organization. We’re still learning. We’re still improving things every single week. But we are incredibly proud of what MindRight is becoming.

So, after spending the last few weeks with our heads down doing the work, we figured it was probably time to start sharing some of it again. 😊

Over the next several weeks, we’ll be introducing more of our team, sharing what happens inside our center, talking about the different ways we support children and families, providing practical behavioral resources, and sharing some of what we’re building next.

There is a lot happening at MindRight. And we’re excited to bring you along for it!

ABA therapy centers are not the only option available to families seeking meaningful support for their child.

Families have choices—and you deserve to understand them.

Through Wisconsin’s Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program, eligible families can choose a qualified and responsible provider, such as MindRight Behavior, to deliver individualized services that reflect their child’s needs, their family’s priorities, and their everyday life.

MindRight is now enrolling children ages 18 months–5 years for daytime services at our De Pere center.

Families may choose:

💜 Three-hour sessions scheduled between 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
💜 Full-day services from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
💜 Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling

Our team can support young children in developing:

🦋 Communication and social skills
🦋 Emotional regulation and coping strategies
🦋 Independence with everyday routines
🦋 Safety skills
🦋 Play and participation skills
🦋 Readiness for school and group environments

We also work directly with caregivers so families feel informed, involved, and confident using practical strategies outside of scheduled sessions.

Your child does not have to fit into one specific treatment model to receive thoughtful, individualized support. You can choose a provider and approach that feel right for your family.

CLTS funding and private-pay options are accepted.

The transition home after school can be hard—even when the school day went well.

Some children spend hours managing noise, transitions, social expectations, communication demands, and changes in routine. Once they reach a safe and familiar place, all of that effort may finally come out.

After-school tears, withdrawal, irritability, or big behavior are not always signs of defiance. They may mean, “I’ve worked hard all day, and I need help settling.”

Try offering fewer questions, lower demands, a snack or drink, movement, sensory input, quiet time, and connection without pressure. Once your child is regulated, there will be more space to talk about their day and move into the evening routine.

If afternoons regularly feel overwhelming, MindRight can help your family better understand what your child may be communicating and develop practical strategies that fit your home.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to ask for support. 🤝
