🌺**A Beautiful Surprise! My Hawaiian Tarot Is Heading Home to Hawaiʻi!** 🌈

Sometimes life brings the most unexpected and heartwarming surprises, just when we need them most.

A few days ago, I received a beautiful message from a woman named Courtney, a tarot reader, astrologer, and spiritual retreat host, who discovered my *HazelMoon's Hawaiian Tarot* in a used bookstore.

She shared how deeply she connected with my cards and how they became part of her own journey of ancestral healing and discovering her Hawaiian roots.

And then came the wonderful surprise!

Courtney is hosting a special New Year's retreat on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, January 1–5, 2027, focusing on ancestral healing, forgiveness, Hoʻoponopono, and personal transformation.

She wanted to incorporate my Hawaiian Tarot into the retreat so her guests could connect with the cards during their healing journey and take them home afterward.

What began as a request for nine decks turned into an order for an entire wholesale case of **32 Hawaiian Tarot decks!***

Today, those decks are packed and ready to begin their journey!

I originally created and published my Hawaiian Tarot in 2010, with 5,000 sets printed. Over the past sixteen years, I've promoted and sold my creation independently, one deck at a time. My cards even made a little television appearance on *Hawaii Five-0* in October 2012!

Today, only about 350 decks remain from that original printing, and there will be no reprint.

As someone who lived in Hawaiʻi for many years and still carries the islands deeply within my heart and soul, this opportunity means so much more than a sale.

My own life has been filled with lessons about family, ancestral wounds, forgiveness, healing, and finding peace. These experiences have also inspired my books and other creative work.

And now, knowing that something I created with so much love will become part of another person's healing journey, on the very island I dream of returning to, is truly a gift.

Perhaps my Hawaiian Tarot is finding its way home before I do! 🌈🌺

Another ChatGPT reading, BUT I pulled my wn cards. :)

These three are very honest about where you are today:

And after last month’s Ten of Swords → Nine of Swords → The World, today’s cards feel like the middle of that journey: the old cycle has ended emotionally, but the outer world hasn’t caught up yet. The World still waits beyond this pause. 🌺

On August 16, Hurricane Lala devastated South Hawai‘i Island, including Na‘alehu, where our team at Punalu‘u Bake Shop works and serves the community every day. The storm severely damaged Punalu‘u Bake Shop and Visitor Center, and we are now temporarily closed, including our online shop, while we assess the damage and work toward safely rebuilding and reopening. The destruction to the property, buildings, and infrastructure has been overwhelming. At the same time, many of our employees and their families are facing their own losses, including flooded homes, damaged personal property, disrupted essential services, and unexpected expenses that continue to grow.

Punalu‘u Bake Shop employs more than 50 Hawai‘i Island residents, many of whom have dedicated years and even decades to this special place. Our employees are the heart of the bake shop and an important part of the Na‘alehu community. This fundraiser will provide direct assistance to Punalu‘u Bake Shop employees and their families affected by Hurricane Lala, helping with immediate needs and ongoing recovery as we work toward reopening. The Ten of Cups

The Ten of Cups points you towards a path of establishing long-term, fulfilling relationships as you continue your journey through the seventy-eight passageways of growth.

I’ve always been a very generous person. Over the years, I gave away many cases of my HazelMoon’s Hawaiian Tarot decks to stores, friends, and people I believed would truly appreciate them.

I understand that my cards may not be everyone’s taste, and that’s okay. Wise people often say: when you give, do not expect anything in return. I try to live by that.

Still, I won’t pretend it doesn’t hurt sometimes when there isn’t even a simple “thank you” or a small effort made afterward. Kindness and appreciation cost nothing, yet they can mean so much.

If my decks ever find their way into your hands, I only hope they find a loving home, bring inspiration, healing, or comfort to someone who truly connects with them. That alone would make me happy. 🌺
