You know I love a kale salad. And I had brussels sprouts in my fridge so I decided to make it a combo. Mahalo Da Box CSA for my fresh local kale. I got the honey from my Da Box CSA bag a while ago too. Delicious local honey I love the salty sweetness of this salad.

You can make a hot pot with whatever ingredients you have. I got some choi sum and shiitake from my The Food Basket’s DA BOX CSA CSA bag so decided to do it! I’m glad my pot worked because I hadn’t used it in ages!!!

Fresh local eggplants from Da Box CSA. Sourced from RJR Farms. Since I had some beans to use up, I decided to make a dip. Good with crusty bread!

Mahalo Buldak for sending me a PR package. Mia loves Buldak so we tried the truffle flavor together. When I opened the bag, I could smell the truffle, but when we ate it, the truffle flavor was not overpowering. The spice level was perfect for me . Slightly spicy, but not crazy spicy.
