"We have known Judge Marsh and his family for over thirty years. This includes watching their children grow up in the Hobart School system, admiring Debbie's service as a teacher and counselor over the same time period and knowing Rick as a private practice lawyer, Assistant District Attorney and most recently as Kiowa County Associate District Judge. During his time as Assistant District Attorney, I worked with him on numerous cases as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. I personally witnessed the compassion, respect and vindication he gave those victims during their most vulnerable state. Some of these victims were juveniles and I saw first-hand Rick Marsh seek justice and give a voice to the children of Kiowa County. He was an advocate for education, held those accountable who violated the law, yet sought out options to help those redirect their lives.
