WAO on the Move… 🌊🌺

From island to island, Team WAO remains committed to serving Pacific Islander communities through outreach, connection, and meaningful partnerships.

🌺 On the Big Island, our WAO Team partnered with Micronesian United Big Island (MU-BI) at the PacYES Youth Summit to support and engage with Pacific Islander youth. Through this service, we helped create space for young people to connect, learn, and feel supported.

🌺 On Oʻahu, our WAO Team was honored to join the Chuuk Catholic Council of Hawaiʻi for the Bicentennial Celebration of the Catholic Church in Hawaiʻi. We were grateful for the opportunity to serve, celebrate faith and culture, and strengthen our connection with the community.

🌺 On Kauaʻi, our one-person WAO Team partnered with the Salvation Army and the Marshallese Association of Kauaʻi to conduct community outreach, connect with families, and help ensure that community members were supported and connected to available resources.

We are grateful for every opportunity to serve alongside our community partners. Thank you for your collaboration, partnership, and continued commitment to meeting the needs of our Pacific Islander communities.

Together, we serve. Together, we support one another. Together, we keep WAO on the Move! 🤎🌊🙏🏾
