Her name is Big Sally and she's new to my online notary team. Things have been so much smoother since I added her. I wish I had done it a year ago!

Except for the occasional difficult personality or glitchy radio button, Sally has fixed just about every problem that I've had.

I like to share my screen a lot during an online transaction and to allow my signers to share their screens. One day it was fine, and the next day it was almost impossible. Because I run a lot of security and backup programs in the background, my process was choking my 16 GB of RAM down to nothing.

Ms. Big is a 17" Dell XPS (plus her 2-25 inch monitors attached) and 2 TB for video storage, 64 GB RAM, the latest i7 (12th gen), and an upgraded graphics card. We also have an external drive with 4 TB of video storage.

I never thought I would have a 17-in laptop, but she sits on my desk and serves as a third monitor that I can actually see.
