One of the most important tips for successful breastfeeding is to MOVE THAT MILK. Milk is supply and demand. When we skip are pumping sessions we are telling our body that we are making too much milk. This decreases supply when breastfeeding you should avoid going more the 4 hours without pumping and or latching baby!
