LA OMS : PANDEMIA 2020 | Después de varios meses de combatir el virus # COVID19, la OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud) ha declarado el virus como una "infección endémica", lo que implica que formará parte de nuestra vida diaria (como el resfriado común, el VIH, la varicela, el sarampión y muchos otros). )
Estamos ante una selección natural. Lamentablemente, quien no se adapte morirá.
Los más fuertes sobrevivirán, perderemos amigos, familiares y tendremos que enfrentar la situación.
Sin embargo, la vida continúa.
Más temprano que tarde, habrá una reapertura de las actividades; los casos no se detendrán e incluso habrá infecciones masivas.
Cuídate: come sano, sé más limpio, haz ejercicio, consume vitaminas, proteínas, antioxidantes, glutamina, todo lo que te hace fuerte y saludable en todos los aspectos.

THE OMS :PANDEMIC 2020 | After several months of fighting the # COVID19 virus, the WHO (World Health Organization) has declared the virus as an "endemic infection", which implies that it will become part of our daily life (like the common cold, HIV, chicken pox, measles and many others). )
We are before a natural selection. Unfortunately, whoever does not adapt will die.
The strongest will survive, we will lose friends, family and we will have to face the situation.
However, life goes on.
