Civil Lawyers for Good Judges
A group of Civil Lawyers passionate about the ethics of judicial candidates in Montgomery County.

How many times should the public have to question one's integrity before deeming them unfit as a candidate for judge? It should only take once. But here's ANOTHER example of Eric Yollick's inappropriate behavior dating back to 2005.
Eric Yollick has been clogging the court system with his immature and dramatic showmanship for years. We want a civil court to remain civil. Eric Yollick repeatedly demonstrates his inability to achieve civility in his personal or professional life. Such behavior should disqualify him from ever becoming a judge.
Please join us in voting in this run-off for Vince Santini.
Early voting is going on right now!

How many candidates for the Judge of the 457th District Court have been publicly linked to voter fraud? Just one - Eric Yollick.
You may remember back in 2010 there was a contested election for Board of Directors of the Woodlands Road Utility District (RUD). A group of people decided to claim a hotel in the district as their residence so they could vote in the election. Aware their behavior was questionable, they consulted an attorney - Eric Yollick. The parties testified under oath that they followed the advice of Yollick. Many suffered major criminal consequences, including James Jenkins, who was convicted of the felony of Illegal Voting.
On appeal, Jenkins' conviction was remanded due to the trial court not informing the jury of a defense called MISTAKE OF LAW. --- So, despite being advised of the legality of his actions by attorney Eric Yollick, Jenkins’ primary defense was that he made a mistake of law. If he makes this sort of mistake advising close friends, what other mistakes might he make from the bench?

14th court of appeals opinion: https://law.justia.com/cases/texas/fourteenth-court-of-appeals/2015/14-13-00662-cr.html
You will notice as you read through the facts of the opinion and the quotes from testimony that the parties involved consider themselves “politically active.” It has been 10 years and Yollick continues to flaunt that phrase like a crown. How many times has he said he “has the heart of a political activist”? Is this what he means? Breaking the law under the guise of political activism to accomplish what he wants? Is that the kind of judge Montgomery County needs?
We say NO. Montgomery County needs a judge with the knowledge to properly interpret the word of the law and the integrity to implement it with good faith and fairness. The candidate is Vince Santini. Get out and vote!
*BY THE WAY, the James Jenkins who was convicted of voter fraud in the RUD case is the SAME Jenkins that Eric Yollick appointed to the board of Merensky Reef (with Yollick's wife under the fake name Mara Drake), the "corporation" used to defraud the victims of his fraud case. Yollick seems like a great friend to have, don't you think?

Did you know Eric Yollick, candidate for the 457th District Court Judge, was sued for fraud?
A unanimous jury found Yollick liable for fraud with damages totaling $19,106,300. Their finding was upheld by the appellate court and Yollick ultimately settled with his victims outside of court for an undisclosed amount.
