*ANNOUNCEMENT*
I want to thank everyone so much for their support and I am happy and grateful I have been able to provide a service for my colleagues and community during these trying times.
I have decided NOT to renew my services as a remote notary now that the need has decreased as we slowly start opening back up and getting back to normal.
Please know that remote notarization is still a viable option under our regular statutes and I’m happy to provide education about the process, but I will no longer be providing remote notary services personally.
Best wishes to all and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Rocky

Need something notarized remotely? Keep in mind these Texas requirements:
1. You will need to verify your id both photographically (TXDL, etc. - passports DO NOT count) and via security questions.
2. You will have to upload a copy of your photo id.
3. Remote notarizations are recorded, so you will need the ability to videoconference.
4. Your acknowledgment/jurat requires specific language that indicates the notarization was electronic/remote - see document link for examples.
