April CPR classes are officially posted 🚨❤️

Want to build confidence, learn lifesaving skills, and be ready when it matters most? Our AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED Training classes for April are now available.

📍 Main Campus
• Friday, April 10, 2026 | 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
• Wednesday, April 22, 2026 | 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

These classes are a great opportunity for faculty and staff to learn CPR, AED use, and basic response skills that can make a real difference in an emergency.

Before Spring semester starts, our Food Safety team is out completing pre-opening inspections across campus dining locations ✅🍽️

This is just a few of the team members in the photo, but it takes the full crew to make it happen. Behind the scenes we’re checking key basics like temps ❄️🔥, storage and labeling 🏷️, and sanitation readiness 🧼 so dining spaces are ready for the UH community.

UH Fire & Life Safety is offering FREE American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED training for faculty, staff, and student workers.

This is a hands-on, instructor-led course that covers adult, child, and infant CPR/AED, with real practice and real skills you can use when it matters most.

✅ 2-Year AHA Certification
✅ Interactive, practical training
✅ Multiple dates available
🎁 Bonus: Complete the course and receive $10 ShastaBUCKS on your UH card
