Houston is preparing for FIFA World Cup 2026 in a way that leaves the city stronger.
Across the city, partners are advancing lasting improvements in parks, public spaces, mobility, infrastructure, lighting, transit access, beautification, and more—investments designed to serve Houstonians long after the tournament ends.
This new video tells that shared story, highlighting more than 200 projects, nearly $500 million in investment, and the broad coalition helping Houston meet this historic moment.

📞 Customer Service: Open 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
🏢 RideStores & Lost & Found: Closed
♿ METROLift Reservations and Customer Service offices will also be closed. All Monday subscription trips will be canceled.
