HRC The Housing and Community Resource Center is a service of the Harris County Community Services Department and a part of the Outreach & Engagement Section.
The HCRC offfers information on affordable housing and community resources. Information is created and updated in partnership with government, non-profit and community organizations on the following:
Down payment assistance programs
Foreclosure prevention
Specialized rental housing
Emergency financial assistance with rent or utilities
Emergency shelters
Transitional housing
Home Repair for senior
