Sooooooo, We've (Kingdom D'Lites) been catering the applying residents at a hospital here in the Medical Center just about every Monday since October....I have been cooking shredded chicken, beef, cheese and veggie enchiladas, charro beans, and rice...as well as including all the sides...chips and salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, guac...and tea and lemonade. Every Monday since October, I have been stressing about whether or not the applicants would enjoy the food. Then this happened, I just received this email... I wanna send a gigantic shout out to the one and only G-O-D! He made this all possible! He ALWAYS coming thru for ya girl!
