Join County Attorney Abbie Kamin and team for a morning filled with family-friendly fun, live entertainment, arts & crafts, Pride storytime, face painting, costume contests, and local community resources.

Another busy week around Harris County! 💫

From standing alongside Carverdale community members to announce a lawsuit bringing the Hawthorn Park Landfill into compliance, to honoring the life of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo with Office of Houston City Controller Chris Hollins, our team has been on the ground!

We also connected with neighbors at the Greater Heights Association Meeting, the Precinct 3 Safety Forum, and the Super Neighborhood 17 Eldridge/West Oaks -SN17. Across every stop, our outreach team is showing up, listening, and building strong connections across our community.
It’s the insightful conversations, new faces, and familiar smiles that make this work so meaningful.

New technology shouldn't come at the expense of community safety. Today, the Harris County Attorney’s Office joined Commissioners Briones and Garcia to talk about creating a responsible framework for the dozens of data centers developing in our area. Growth requires accountability, and we are working to ensure our residents' quality of life is protected.
