Props A and B will provide $4.4 billion in funding to allow us to make essential investments in Houston ISD schools. Our kids can’t wait–they need and deserve healthy schools NOW! The last time Houston ISD passed a school bond was in 2012 for high schools. Elementary and middle schools haven’t seen an infrastructure bond since 2007. In the decades since, many of our schools have fallen into disrepair, posing serious safety and health threats to our children.
