Today I got the honor of not only seeing a Chief Warrant Officer 5 in person, put being apart of his promotion. My sister and I got to pin my dad’s new rank on for his final promotion in the Army. Big congrats to him.

Got my time peICE in the mail this week. The has balled out since January and this train isn’t stopping.

With most people cooped up because of the stay at home orders physical fitness is crucial right now not only for your physical health but your mental health. Had a great virtual workout using Skype this morning in my back yard with the team. Today was led by focusing on upper body. Tomorrow 10:00AM CST we go live with leading a leg workout.
