💛 The right support can make all the difference for your health.

Naila and her husband received food support to make everyday life a little easier. While they both manage health conditions, they’re grateful to be feeling better and staying stable together.

Food support can include free food boxes, food vouchers, or prepared meals delivered to you. These Food Is Medicine services can help you get the food you need to support your health.

Naila and her husband found services that help them. You can get started, too! Visit https://healiny.org/self-screening-tool/ to see what you may qualify for.
