Middle/High School Gr 6-12. The vision of Alturas Preparatory Academy is to support,

well, after many long years - a few for some and almost a decade for others - the class of 2026 seniors’ time at Alturas has come to an end. they all have laughed, cried, slept in class, gone over bathroom passes, made everlasting inside jokes, and have built relationships that will impact them for the rest of their lives. saying goodbye to eachother is one of the hardest things some of our seniors have had to do, but Winnie the Pooh’s famous quote: “how lucky i am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard”, is running through each and every one of their heads. thank you to the administration and faculty that helped to make these last years so memorable. and thank you to all of the extraordinary seniors, we love you all. class of 2026, signing out. #senior26🎓 #graduated #everyendingisanewbeginning 05/30/2026

Middle school students will be visiting Lava Hot Springs on Wednesday, June 3rd!
The cost is $20 per student, which includes admission and transportation on a charter bus. Tickets can be purchased through the school store on Infinite Campus, where you will also find the required trip waiver and the additional waiver for students wanting to use the diving platform.
The bus will leave at 8:30am and return to APA by 4:30pm
Students should bring their own food or money for meals and are responsible for their belongings.
