Life Longevity Tip: The more you move, the more you can move. The less you move the less you can move.

I have a plug for a product that has taken pain completely out of my body. Over two years agoo, my doctor, took me off of all my pain meds because I was starting a blood thinner medication. Sound familiar.
For at least 3 to 6 months I was confined to my old faithfull lazy boy in pain, not able to move. I did use the power of prayer and this was some relief. I had faith in the Lord, howevr, we are to work our faith and not always layl back waiting for something to happen. Also, sometimes healing takes time.
My faith action was Google Search and You Tube. I learne so much science and research about the human body. Awesome finds! And in May of 2025 with Jesus healing power and a supplement called Super Joint I became free.
