Here is something every Hoosier considering IVF needs to know. Fetal personhood laws, which declare life begins at fertilization, are being used to challenge IVF clinics in court. An anti-abortion group just sued seven fertility clinics in Utah under exactly this legal theory. Indiana has similar laws. The same fight could come here. Protecting reproductive rights means protecting IVF.

ICYMI: Indiana's near-total abortion ban has survived a major legal challenge. The state Supreme Court voted 4-1 to let it stand, without even hearing oral arguments or explaining their decision. Since the ban took effect, abortions in Indiana have dropped 99%. From over 9,500 in 2022 to 126 in 2025. This is what's at stake. This is why we fight.

We are so proud of Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawaiʻi, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky for launching the "Just In Case Abortion Pills” program in Washington and Hawaii. They are the first Planned Parenthood affiliate in the nation to launch this kind of advanced provision program. Knowing your options before you need them is reproductive freedom in action.

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives defending our freedoms. Their sacrifice reminds us that true patriotism means protecting freedom — not stripping it away. Yet across state and federal government, cowardly political leaders continue attacking women’s reproductive freedom.

The real, human cost of what happens when politicians make medical decisions.

And here's the thing: most Hoosiers don't even know Indiana has a near-total abortion ban. When they find out, the majority say it shouldn't exist.

The Devil Is Busy follows Tracii, the head of security at a women's healthcare clinic in Atlanta, over the course of a single day as legal restrictions tighten and protesters surround the building. It was called the strongest of the Oscar-nominated documentary shorts by The New York Times, and described as a clear-eyed portrayal of the shifting landscape for patients and abortion providers in America today.

And on May 27, our coalition partners are bringing it to Indianapolis.

Women4Change Indiana and Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates are hosting a screening of this Oscar-nominated short at Kan-Kan Cinema, followed by a panel discussion on reproductive access, moderated by Dr. Kathy Marrs, featuring voices from Good Trouble Indiana, the ACLU of Indiana, Indiana Task Force, and Hoosier Jews for Choice.

In the lobby, they'll also have voter registration resources from Common Cause Indiana and Path4You Indiana.

This is not just a film. It's a conversation Indiana needs to have.
