You're invited to two events this week, both great opportunities to meet neighbors and share your perspective!
Tomorrow, May 19th @ 7:00 PM, we're hosting our bimonthly neighborhood meeting. We'll give updates on neighbor initiatives as well as hear from our regularly attending public servants on new for the neighborhood. Join us in the Little Flower Cafeteria for this event!
Then, on Thursday, May 21st @ 7:00 PM, there is a public town hall & listening session on the ongoing Emerging Cultural District project. As you may know, LFNA and partner neighborhoods have been awarded $30,000 to invest in placemaking, safety, and public art along our corridor of 10th St. over the course of this year. Please join us at Zion Unity Baptist Church to make your voice heard in the creation of our Emerging Cultural District!

Neighbors, there is an opportunity tomorrow, Thursday, April 30 @ 12 - 1 PM, to attend an information session on DMD's proposed data center regulations.
Attendees must register at the following link, and a link to join the session will be provided after successful registration:

Here's additional information from the department's press release:
These meetings will provide an overview of the proposed regulations for future data center developments within the Indianapolis-Marion County zoning ordinance. These zoning regulations would set minimum requirements for this specific type of development. The community information sessions are designed to provide zoning regulation context and collect feedback to inform policy decisions. All community information sessions will be streamed live on Channel 16, recorded, and posted on the city-county website.

Thanks to all who have submitted to our Pets of Little Flower series! 🫶
Here's our first featured pet: Meet Cooper, an 8-year old Bichon Poodle mix. Cooper spends his day resting so he can spend his evening playing ball, walking around the neighborhood, and destroying his rather large collection of lambchop toys.
Cooper can be found on Instagram under 🐾

Today's cleanup marks the end of the first year of Little Flower Litter League! Can you guess which volunteer was the only to be delighted with the weather..? 🐾
Thank you to all our volunteers who helped us reach 61 bags of trash removed from the neighborhood in total! This was accomplished across the year by 44 volunteer shifts from neighbors. 👏
A big thank you to J. Clyde's Pub for helping us with trash disposal, and neighborhood realtor Brittany A. Faulkner for providing refreshments and treats for volunteers.
Mark your calendars for the kickoff of Litter League 2026 on Saturday, February 21 🚮💪
