With Indiana primaries a little over a month away, it is important to register to vote. Register and check your voter status at https://indianavoters.in.gov/

We are less than 10 weeks away from the May Primary Election. Check out who has filed for the Indiana General Assembly, Governor, and Congress.

IBRG is currently interviewing candidates in various races for the Indiana General Assembly throughout the state. Also this month, our PAC Board meets to discuss candidates and endorsements.

Candidate filing for the Indiana General Assembly closes this Friday at noon.

If interested in running, file by February 9th.

Candidate filing is now open for candidates seeking office at the Statehouse.

If interested in running for the Indiana House or Indiana Senate, be sure to file before the deadline on Friday, February 9!

NEWS: Today we released our Indiana Prosperity 2035 Report Card. Out of 49 metrics, Indiana ranks in the top 10 states nationwide seven times and in the bottom ten states 13 times.

Indiana’s highest state ranking in this report card is third, which the state earned for having 11% of its labor force working in a “knowledge- and technology-intensive industry” such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or software development.

Three other bright spots for Indiana are its generally attractive business climate (eighth best nationally), minority entrepreneurship (fourth best) and the uptick in the number of design patents issued to Hoosier applicants. Regarding the latter: Between 2018 and 2020, there was a 29% increase in design patents issued compared to 2016-2018, which was ninth best among all states.
