Antwuan was referred to Keys2Work after being released from the Marion County Adult Detention Center. Through a partnership between Keys and RecycleForce, he gained employment, training, mentorship, and the stability needed to choose a different path.
Today, Antwan is permanently hired by Rogers Training Academy in an HVAC career earning $23 per hour plus a company vehicle.
