Since joining our Michigan Owner’s Representative team nearly two years ago as a Project Manager, Jon has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and a steady commitment to supporting our clients and project partners. We’re grateful for Jon’s contributions and excited to see him continue to grow in this expanded role.

After joining us as an intern in May 2025, Abby has transitioned into a full-time Project Analyst. She recently earned her Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University, building on her undergraduate studies in English and Anthropology from the University of Vermont.

We’re excited to continue working with Abby and appreciate the insight and dedication she brings to the team and our communities!

We’re excited to congratulate Kody Leach on his promotion to Project Manager within our community and economic development team. Since joining us nearly three years ago as an intern while attending Butler University, Kody has grown from Project Analyst to Senior Project Analyst, and now into this new role.
