🇺🇸 House Enrolled Act 1210 has been signed into law, delivering stronger property tax relief for Hoosier veterans. ✅
The new law includes:
🏡 A 100% real property tax deduction on assessed value for veterans with a 100% disability rating
💵 New and expanded property tax credits for partially disabled and wartime veterans
📋 Transitions existing deductions into tax credits to provide direct relief
The legislation is expected to provide an estimated $46.2 million in additional tax relief beginning with taxes payable in 2027. 🏡
