Fresh paint in the kitchen in Apartment 2. Getting ready for a new tenant!

Here are a couple of pictures of the living room in Apartment 2, a one-bedroom on the first floor. It is available for rent October 1st. Message me if you want more information and to arrange a showing.

We have several styles of antique wall sconces in stock. Here is a pair that were rewired and installed in a historic apartment building. These fixtures accommodate full-size light bulbs and provide plenty of light.
