Abused and neglected children need a voice. Specifically, they need an objective voice who advocates for their best interests and works to achieve permanency for children during a very difficult and challenging time. Are you interested in being the person with that voice? GAL/CASA volunteers are screened, trained, and supported members of the community who give of their time to work with children and families as they advocate for safety and permanency for those children. If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to your local GAL/CASA volunteer program, or call me at 800-542-0813 or send me an email at [email protected] today.

Did you know that when a child involved in the court process has been assigned to a GAL/CASA volunteer that their time to permanency is shortened? If you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to your local GAL/CASA program, or contact me for more information at the State Office of GAL/CASA at 800-542-0813 or email me at [email protected]
