One of our responsibilities in the Beloved Community is to EDUCATE — not only ourselves and our peers but also on a community-wide level. Free, equitable, public education is the core system by which we educate everyone in our community.
Right now, that system is being threatened and dismantled on both state and federal levels.
What can you do? Take time to EDUCATE yourself and your neighbors and plan to attend a legislative forum, planned by our neighborhood associations, next Tuesday, 6-8 pm in the North UMC Fellowship Hall at 3808 N. Meridian Street. 📣📣📣
