Our district is made up of people from all walks of life.

Different cultures.
Different faiths.
Different backgrounds.
Different stories.

Over the last 13 years working at Amazon, I’ve had the opportunity to experience that diversity up close, not from a distance, but through real conversations, real friendships, and real understanding.

I’ve worked alongside people from across the world, including countries throughout Africa like Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Eritrea, Senegal, Uganda, Tanzania, and Morocco, as well as Mexico, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, India, Haiti, Romania, Croatia, and more.

And what I’ve learned is this: Even within the same country, people can have completely different cultures, beliefs, and experiences.

That exposure changed me.

It pushed me to listen more, to learn more, and to truly understand people, not just where they come from, but what matters to them.

At Amazon, I also had the opportunity to step into leadership responsibilities, working directly with people from all different backgrounds, helping solve problems, guiding teams, and making sure people felt heard and supported.

And today, as a real estate professional, I continue to serve people from all walks of life, each with their own unique needs, goals, and challenges.

Because leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Our community has changed. It’s grown. It’s more diverse than ever before. And that’s not something to ignore, it’s something to embrace.

I’m not running to represent one group.
I’m running to represent ALL of us.

Not just Democrat.
Not just Republican.
Not just one race or one background.

But the full spectrum of voices that make District 94 what it is today.

That’s the perspective I bring.
That’s the understanding I bring.
And that’s the leadership I’m ready to deliver.

If you’ve never voted before, this is your moment.

From young voters to older residents in our community, your voice matters.

Let’s move forward, together.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

I’m officially running, and I want to be clear about why.
One of my biggest focuses is on at-risk youth. I was once one myself, and I grew up with a lot of people who were lost to the system. Unfortunately, I’m seeing those same patterns play out again today, and at an even more alarming rate.
I believe prevention works better than punishment. Too many young people grow up without mentors, without access to real opportunities, and without anyone showing them what’s possible. When the only examples you see are negative ones, the cycle continues. My goal is to help break that cycle by connecting youth to jobs, education, and even entrepreneurship opportunities, early enough to make a difference.
This isn’t just about youth. It’s also about adults who feel stuck.
As policies around work requirements, benefits, and assistance programs change, many people feel like they’re at a loss. Not because they don’t want to do better, but because they don’t know what’s next or how to navigate the system. There are programs and educational pathways, including places like Ivy Tech, that can help people re-enter the workforce or transition into new careers, but too many don’t know how to access them. We need systems that guide people who are ready to change, not leave them behind.
As a realtor, affordable housing is another major issue I care deeply about. With our growing population, we simply don’t have enough affordable housing. People who could qualify for homeownership are often pushed away by fear and lack of information. Others are locked out of rentals entirely because of past mistakes, damaged rental history, or credit challenges. That’s how families end up displaced, overcrowded, or in unsafe living situations. We need better pathways to housing, second chances, and stronger education around homeownership.
I’m running because too many people feel lost, whether they’re young, working adults, or families just trying to stay housed. I believe we can build systems that help people succeed when they’re ready to move forward.
If you believe in hope, access, and second chances, I’d be honored to earn your support.

People have been asking where I stand on immigration.
Even President Barack Obama acknowledged that immigration enforcement and deportation laws are enacted by Congress, not by executive decree. The president is obligated to execute the laws as they are written.

Here is where I stand.

Immigration, Compassion, and the Rule of Law

Immigration is one of the most complex and emotional issues facing our country today. It deserves honesty, compassion, and respect for the law, not political shortcuts or talking points.
I support legal immigration and the people who pursue it the right way.

Before entering politics, I worked alongside people from all over the world, different cultures, religions, languages, and backgrounds. I listened to their stories. I learned about their sacrifices, their hopes, and the long and often confusing path to citizenship. Those experiences shaped my views, not ideology, but real human connection.
At the same time, I believe deeply in the Constitution and the rule of law.

Immigration enforcement and deportation policies are acts of Congress. They are not personal decisions of a president, an agency, or an individual official. While some outcomes can be heartbreaking, the executive branch is obligated to follow the laws enacted by Congress.

That does not mean we ignore humanity.
I do not support inhumane practices, lack of transparency, or unnecessary trauma, especially when families are involved. Accountability and oversight must always exist.

I also believe that public safety matters. The safety of the United States, and the safety of Indiana families, must be part of this conversation. Compassion and responsibility are not opposites, they must work together.

Where I believe we can do better is:
Improving education and access to accurate information for those pursuing legal pathways
Streamlining and modernizing the legal immigration process

Ensuring enforcement efforts prioritize serious threats, not families trying to survive
Demanding accountability when enforcement practices violate basic human dignity
This is not about being pro-immigrant or anti-immigrant.

It is about being pro-law, pro-humanity, and pro-safety.

I believe we can protect our borders and protect our values at the same time. That is the approach I will bring to the Indiana Statehouse.

Clip shortened for clarity.
