Just saying, I’ve read the proposed Constitution Amendment 3.

1. Contrary to what is being promised in advertisements, there is NOTHING that guarantees that ma*****na tax money will go to education, health care, seniors or any other cause. The tax money goes to the general fund.
2. The way the amendment is worded indicates that no government (including local) can restrict WHERE ma*****na can be used ANYWHERE in Florida. Think about that. We restrict to***co and liquor but w**d, not at all.

Vote how you want, just understand that we are being played.

I believe Amendment 4 is too extreme! It permits abortions all the way to live birth AND only requires parental notification instead of parental consent. Please vote NO and allow our elected state representatives to produce a better plan.

The abortion proponents want it all, no middle ground. Polling shows that most Floridians want something else. Don't be rushed into a permanent Constitutional Amendment that we will regret later. We elect state representatives and state senators to study issues and work out compromises. Let’s allow them to do their job. State laws can be changed in the future, the Constitution is almost impossible to change.

This does not have to be decided November 5th. Vote No and let the legislative process work.

If Amendment 4 passes, there can be abortions at any time during pregnancy and for just about any reason. They want completely unlimited and unrestricted abortion, and so they wrote Amendment 4 as deceptively and vaguely as possible. It must be stopped. Vote NO on 4!

Good people can disagree about when to draw the line when it's just too late for an abortion - but Amendment 4 ERASES that line!

That's not an accident. That's their plan: Abortions at any time, for almost any reason. Vote NO on Amendment 4!
