A huge thank‑you to all the students who took part in our Annual Poster Contest! This year’s theme, “We All Live in a Watershed,” sparked incredible creativity and thoughtful artwork from third, fourth, and fifth graders across the district.
The Onslow Soil and Water Conservation District is proud to sponsor this contest each year to help students learn about the importance of caring for our natural resources.
Congratulations to Ace Lynde, Nykole Cook, and Karsan Jarman for earning 1st place in their grade levels! We’re so proud of your talent and hard work!

Thank You, Onslow County Commissioners!
The Onslow Soil & Water Board extends our gratitude to the Onslow County Board of Commissioners for adopting a resolution reaffirming the County’s commitment to protecting and improving water quality through responsible stormwater management.
This resolution encourages all new or significantly renovated County-funded facilities to incorporate Low Impact Development (LID) stormwater strategies whenever practical and fiscally responsible.
