The NEW YORK CITY !

06/03/2026

Thanks to all of our partners for supporting SkillsUSA in New York City! Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend!

Two NYC chapters. One powerful moment.

Both chapters ran into each other at the 2026 Queens Tech and Career Expo, hosted by the Queens Borough President’s Office ( ) at the New York Hall of Science (), and it turned into a celebration of what SkillsUSA chapters can achieve.

Both chapters recently competed in the All Star Code () AI Hackathon and dominated the competition:

• 1st Place: Thomas A. Edison CTE High School
• 2nd Place: Queens Technical High School

This is the power of SkillsUSA. Students building real skills, competing at a high level, and representing their schools with excellence, inside and outside the classroom.

Drop a comment to congratulate these chapters and tag a student who should compete next.
