We do not have a facility/shelter; our dogs are cared for in loving foster homes. Our GSDs come from animal shelters where they were awaiting euthanasia, or from owners who legally surrender their dogs to us. Luke’s freedom ride! This young 1 year old was scheduled to be euthanized today. With a bit of scrambling, our volunteers were able to pick Luke up to start a new life! Stay tuned to learn more about this energetic, eager to please pup!

Happy Tails, Rex! He now has a wonderful home with a new canine brother and a cool dad, who is now a GHGSDR repeat adopter! Valor’s freedom ride! Please help us welcome this 4-year-old boy who was scheduled to be euthanized at a shelter yesterday. With some quick action by our volunteers, we were able to save Valor and pick him up this morning. More info on him after he settles in with us!
