A long journey home: KUSD says goodbye to two Filipino teachers Two teachers are planning to make their journey home to the Philippines this summer after serving at KUSD for five years as Special Education Teachers through a teacher exchange program.

Good news for families: Mental health support through Cartwheel doesn’t stop when school does.

💻 Virtual appointments with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability
👨‍👩‍👧 Parent guidance sessions with practical support for parents and caregivers for everyday challenges
🗣️ Care available in English, Spanish, and other languages
✅ Free for families with Medicaid; in-network with most insurance

☀️ School may be out for summer, but healthy meals are still on the menu! 🍎🥪

Thanks to the Arizona Department of Education’s Free Summer Meals Program, many KUSD school sites and other community locations will be serving nutritious breakfasts and lunches to children and teens all summer long! 💙

All meals are FREE for anyone 18 years old and younger — no registration or ID required. This program helps keep kids fueled, active, and ready for summer fun and learning! 🌟
