You gotta love when uneducated people try to tear things apart!

Komatsu D65 track adjuster seal replacement, it was 50 deg. when we tore it apart & 20 deg. when we went back together, never a dull moment!

Well there’s your problem, 450j heater kept blowing fuses, cleaned & oiled fan motor, replaced the switch, made new access cover to replace the missing one, new seat airbag & hose & back to work, also had to repair a broken ECM power feed on the same dozer about a month ago for crank-no start.

Before & after, did some wheel swapping & cleaning for a good customer, Wheely Clean for the win!

Customer bought a Chineseium grader attachment, it was a headache, but we finally got it wired up to work on his Cat 259.

Wondered why it had a Spicer shift k**b, somebody pulled an Eaton 9spd & swapped in a Spicer 9spd., definitely would not have been my first choice, especially since the Spicer k**b was almost $700 for an aftermarket & the Eaton would have been $70.

Cab mounts were so bad the clutch rod was rubbing the intake at the firewall & no free travel, new cab mounts got everything right, including hood fittment,

Ramps were a little too heavy & beat up to lift by hand, so we outfitted it with hydraulics, replaced the oak floor & rebuilt the ramps.

It’s not always mechanical failures, sometimes those light poles just won’t move.

Not an efficient way to transplant a tree, but when the trucks gotta go you go!

Pulled the front differential for a reseal & found the gears trashed, also had to replace front cab mounts & clean A/C evaporator, all without draining the system.
